  • Your transport to the practice is also of concern to us. The reception staff will be happy to help with taxis or telephone family or friends to ensure your comfort. Alternatively our car park is always open.
  • Your podiatrist has access to the latest technology and product innovations as well as attending all relevant conferences. This way it is assured you are receiving the very best podiatry treatment.
  • When assessed and treated biomechanically, a 36 point system is used to measure all variables and then a 33 stage gait analysis is undertaken. This is unique to our practice – we refuse to guess when it comes to your health. When treatment is advised then we have at least 16 options. If orthotic therapy is required we have the option of using a computer generated CAD-CAM system. For the utmost in precision and accuracy we consider 21 variables. Each of these variables has up to 24 different options to choose from when prescribing an orthotic, so accuracy for your prescription is vital.
  • All instruments used during your treatment have been individually cleaned and sterilized according to the registration board guidelines. We spend an extra $ 14.00 on average for each set of sterile instruments. We will never treat patients with unsterile instruments.
  • Your ongoing care is important to maintain the benefits of your treatment. You will be put on a priority recall system so we can contact you when it is time to see you again.
  • We are currently working to provide you with as much shoe information and recommendations that we can. Our podiatrists will gladly steer you in the right direction. The most important person in this practice is you.
